TERMS OF SALE REGARDING SHIPPING, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS
& OTHER INFORMATION:
We reserve the right to choose not to engage in business
transactions for any reason. By placing an order, you agree to and accept these
terms:
1. DELIVERY TIMING & PLEDGE:
- We pledge delivery of your saddle in 10 Business Days East of the
Mississippi (12 Days if delivery is west of the Mississippi) whenever you
confirm availability and promptly place your order using a
verified/confirmed address or once a payment has cleared through our bank.
- PLEASE NOTE: Internet law allows us up to 30 days to ship. We ask
that you permit us up to 30 days to ship under extraordinary circumstances
once a payment has properly cleared.
- HOLIDAY EXCEPTION: We typically ship within 7 business days between
Thanksgiving and Christmas; delivery time is then based on your location
& holiday congestion.
- We do not back-order unless requested in advance.
- You are always invited to check availability of our merchandise via

2. S.H.I.P. FEES & ADDRESS INFO:
- Our shipping fee, which includes handling, insurance and processing, is
valued at $60.00 within the continental USA; read more here:
S.H.I.P. Charges ). and is currently included in the
price of each saddle.
- We may ship USPS Parcel Post, DHL or UPS Ground Service.
- Most orders are drop-shipped by our suppliers via UPS or Fed Ex Ground;
this helps to keep our prices down.
- We will obtain tracking information when delivery is past due. If you
will need a tracking number earlier, please add $10 to your total.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada is generally available for an
additional $70 per saddle.
- Expedited shipping is often available for an added $80 per saddle. We may
advise for this added charge on orders scheduled to ship between December
1st and December 20th.
- Verified ("confirmed") addresses are the ONLY addresses we will
ship to when an order is paid for with a credit card. This protects us all
against credit card fraud.
3. QUALITY ASSURANCE:
- Every saddle is normally inspected by a minimum of two qualified saddle
experts and is guaranteed to be of quality craftsmanship (relative to the
cost of the saddle).
- Leather is a natural (not man-made) material which is hand cut and dyed.
In the saddle making process (and sometimes the shipping & handling
process), it is common for leather to incur superficial blemishes which will
be not considered defective. Superficial blemishes can include light scuffs,
rubs and scratches; uneven dying or thickness of leather, and variations in
colors, stitching or tooling.
- Furthermore, as all of our saddles are handmade, they will have variations
within a model or style; so please be very specific about your preferences.
- We will gladly exchange or alter any saddle within 15 calendar days free
of charge to you if we have erred or if the saddle is overtly defective.
Please be sure to contact us promptly for return instructions and an RMA.
After 15 days, only tree warrantees will be honored.
- Buyers are responsible for ascertaining the safety of their purchases
prior to use. We will not be held liable for any and all equipment failure
of any sort or accidents or injury resulting from the use or misuse of the
products we supply.
4. EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Any saddle may be exchanged for another saddle for any reason upon our
resale of the initial saddle less all associated processing, shipping and
transaction fees.
- Please be very clear about your preferences on colors, tooling and sizes
when you place your order. Returns for exchanges must still be brand new, be
authorized and received with shipping prepaid within 15 calendar days.
- If merchandise arrives overtly damaged, PLEASE CALL THE SHIPPER and
request "Return to Sender" within 1 business day and notify us of
your return. We will promptly replace your order as soon as it is received
and supply permits. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the
shipper and us.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring proper fit for both horse and rider
and are encouraged to compare, ask questions and to have an alternate chosen
from our selection. We can generally predetermine proper fit with a tracing
of the horse's withers.
5. REFUNDS & MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
- PayPal's Money Back Guarantee available for an added 5.5% +
35 cents for select online transactions. PayLessSaddles.com is proud &
privileged to be among the chosen businesses approved for this guarantee.
Not all sales will be eligible for this guarantee due to some of the plan's
guidelines (custom orders and many drop-ships fall outside of the
guidelines). If you would like to purchase this added guarantee when paying
us through PayPal, please contact us to ensure availability or to make
payment arrangements which do fall into PayPal's Money Back Guarantee
guidelines.
- PayLessSaddles.com's Money Back Guarantee available for an added
6%. Only customers who select this option are eligible for a refund of the
purchase price less 6% and our s.h.i.p. fees $60.00 within

- If you are purchasing a new saddle (brand, style, size or model)
with which you are unacquainted, we urge you to select either one of
these options.
- If merchandise arrives overtly damaged, PLEASE CALL THE SHIPPER and
request "Return to Sender" within 1 business day and notify us of
your return. We will promptly replace your order as soon as it is received
and supply permits. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the
shipper and us.
- Other returns for exchanges must be authorized (contact us for an RMA), in brand
new condition, and received within 15 calendar days with shipping prepaid.
- All other returns MUST be received within 20 business days and will be
accepted less s.h.i.p. fees and a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept
merchandise that shows signs of use and/or is not authorized. There are NO
EXCEPTIONS on this. We offer extremely low prices, please keep this in mind
when returning any merchandise.
6. RETURNS (repeat):
- If merchandise arrives overtly damaged, PLEASE CALL THE SHIPPER and
request "Return to Sender" within 1 business day and notify us of
your return. We will promptly replace your order as soon as it is received
and supply permits. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the
shipper and us.
- OTHER RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15 CALENDAR DAYS, MUST STILL
BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION and HAVE AN RMA. Credit will be issued less
s.h.i.p. fees.
- All other returns MUST be received within 20 business days and will be
accepted less s.h.i.p. fees and a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept
merchandise that shows signs of use and/or is not authorized. There are NO
EXCEPTIONS on this. We offer extremely low prices, please keep this in mind
when returning any merchandise.
7. PAYMENTS:
- PayPal permits electronic checks/transfers, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and
American Express.
- We accept Discover, Visa and MasterCard by phone or mail.
- We process USPS Money Orders and MoneyGrams as if they are cash. We will accept personal
checks, cashiers checks and other money orders but will typically hold them
till they clear.
- We accept Express MoneyGrams and wire transfers, too.
- Sorry, no COD's.
- Please add 7% sales tax to deliveries within Florida.
8. DISCOUNTS:
- Discounts are available by request at the time of placing the order and
MUST be shipped to the same address:
- 5% off two or three saddles (any model).
- ** 10% off any order of at least 4 saddles (any model).
- ** 15% off any order of at least 10 saddles of select Lanta, Buffalo,
Circle S, Double T, pony, English and specialty saddles under $489. Please email or
fax us with your intended order so that we may verify eligibility.
- ** To be eligible for discounts of 10% or 15%, payment must be
made by check, money order, MoneyGram, wire transfer or some similar method.
- Florida dealers may submit a copy of state sales tax certificate to be
exempt from sales tax charge.
