Continental US S.H.I.P. Charges & Policies

If merchandise arrives overtly damaged, PLEASE CALL THE SHIPPER and request "Return to Sender" within 1 business day and notify us of your return. We will promptly replace your order as soon as it is received and supply permits. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipper and us.

 

FOR SADDLES: Our S.H.I.P. charge is already included in our online saddle prices.  S.H.I.P. is non-refundable and is standard for each saddle at:

  • $60 per saddle within the continental USA.

Discounts are typically extended on purchases of two or more saddles.
Added merchandise is not assessed an added shipping charge.

FOR MERCHANDISE ONLY: Our S.H.I.P. charge for merchandise only is non-refundable, is an added cost as indicated, and is standard based on the following:

  • Minimum Order $75.00

  • $75.00 to $100.00 add $11.95

  • $100.01 to $150.00 add $13.95

  • Over $150.00 is "included" but will be reflected as $13.95 on our invoice.

 

Any return for refund, exchange or credit will be less the S.H.I.P. ("shipping, handling, insurance and processing") charge as outlined above. Additionally, charge(s) for Expedited and/or outside of the continental US are also non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return all shipping. We will reimburse this cost providing:

  1. We have erred and replace the merchandise with the identical item(s) which were originally requested.

  2. The package is returned within 10 business days to the assigned address and with the proper RMA.

  3. The merchandise is returned via a standard ground service (UPS, USPS FedEx or DHL) within the continental US only.

  4. Documentation/Receipt of return shipping cost and anticipated arrival date is faxed to us along with the proper RMA before the package arrives to the assigned address.
