If merchandise arrives overtly damaged, PLEASE CALL THE SHIPPER and request "Return to Sender" within 1 business day and notify us of your return. We will promptly replace your order as soon as it is received and supply permits. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipper and us.

FOR SADDLES: Our S.H.I.P. charge is already included in our online saddle prices. S.H.I.P. is non-refundable and is standard for each saddle at:

FOR MERCHANDISE ONLY: Our S.H.I.P. charge for merchandise only is non-refundable, is an added cost as indicated, and is standard based on the following:

Any return for refund, exchange or credit will be less the S.H.I.P. ("shipping, handling, insurance and processing") charge as outlined above. Additionally, charge(s) for Expedited and/or outside of the continental US are also non-refundable. |
